Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup will not be eligible for a refund. Once preparation or baking has begun, orders are non-refundable. Orders that are completed but not picked up will not be refunded. If The Crooked Wand Café & Bakery must cancel an order, a full refund will be issued.

Our products are made fresh specifically for your order, and preparation often begins several days before pickup. Once we enter that 72-hour window, ingredients, prep work, and production are already committed, so cancellations and refunds can no longer be accepted.

Not yet! The Crooked Wand currently operates through online pre-orders, with pickup options available in Heart’s Content, Victoria, and Carbonear. We’re continuing to grow, with hopes of opening a physical café in the future.

Absolutely! Just because it’s not listed doesn’t mean its impossible to order! You can message me anytime with your order ideas & request to see if we can make it happen. Custom orders are ALWAYS welcome!

In the unfortunate event that your items aren’t up to your standards please reach out immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order photos and description of the issue. Once alerted of any issues we will work with you to make them right.

Yes! You are welcome to reach out anytime to inquire about larger orders or party options. We will work with you to build a custom catering option that fits your needs no matter the occasion.

There is no need for you to enter yourself, each order automatically counts as an entry into the raffle no matter the amount spent and no extra details to fill out! Each order counts as 1 entry, more orders = more entries! A name is pulled on the last day of the month and the winner is notified by contact information collected at check out. The entry count resets on the 1st of each month, entries do not roll over to the next month.

Refunds independent from our cancellation policy are handled on a case by case bases. You may be eligiable for a refund if, 1. There is an issue with your order 2. If you cancel your order within 72 hours of your designated pick up date or 3. If we aren’t able to meet the requirements of your order a partial refund for the item we cannot supply may be refunded or the whole order at no fault to the customer.

Supply to business would be handled on a case by case bases. As The Crooked Wand is a new home base bakery we don’t have the scale to do commercial supply which is why we bake all orders fresh. If you’re interested in stocking our products, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Yes! Although it’s not listen on our website we can absolutely accommodate take & bake orders, from Cinnamon rolls to cookie dough, we can make it work. Just send us a message about what you’re looking for and we will make it work.

If an order isn’t picked up at the scheduled pick up time without notice we will hold onto your order for once business day (24 hours) and reach out via phone, message & email. If we don’t hear back from you after the 24 hours we will have to discard the order and no refund will be issued as no attempts to reach out we’re made. We understand sometimes things happen, however we are a small business where each order is made fresh so we cannot take on the cost of orders no picked up once agreed and paid for.

At this time we do not offer gluten free options. This is strictly due to lack of space and the severity of gluten allergies. I cannot in good faith supply gluten free options that are made in a kitchen containing gluten, this is for the safety of customers.

We can offer “no sugar added” or “low sugar” items upon request. We use monk fruit as a sugar substitute, however things like milk still contain sugar although small amounts. We hope to offer a full line soon but until then you’re able to message us directly for low sugar options.

Pick up is dependent on when you order and where you are located. We currently offer pick up in Hearts Content, Carbonear & Victoria. Orders outside those areas are welcome to select which of the three locations work best for you and delivery to your house can be accommodated for a fee.

Yes! Items such as sourdough loaves, cinnamon rolls, cookies, waffles all freeze very ell and warm nicely once thawed. If storing loaves in the freezer I recommend slicing the loaves before freezing so you can take out a slice or two as you want them rather than letting the loaf turn into its own ecosystem on your counter!
